THE 2008 17U-15U Schedules have been announced.
These schedules are subject to change.

2007 was another enormous success for the Connecticut Basketball Club. We won the State AAA Tournament for boys basketball for ages 17, 15, and 14.

2007 saw Stan Dulaire, 6’5”, mature at small forward and earn a McDonald’s All American Game nomination. Stan had a “12 dunk game” during the National’s. Stan will attend Sacred Heart University in the fall and play for Connecticut basketball legend Dave Bike.

2007 saw David Gibbs, our 6’4” point guard, receive a High Honorable Mention All-American from “The Sporting News,” a McDonald’s All American Game nomination, and is currently ranked the second best guard in New England. He will attend UMASS this fall to play for Travis Ford. David also broke the all time scoring record at Master’s Prep.

2007 saw Chris Prescott, our 6’2” shooting guard, received an Honorable Mention from “The Sporting News” and a McDonald’s All American Game nomination. Chris will attend Saint Joseph’s in Philadelphia and play for legendary coach Phil Martelli in the fall.

2007 saw 6’10” power forward Greg Mangano establish himself as Connecticut’s most dangerous inside – outside threat. Greg received 13 Division 1 offers ultimately deciding to attend Yale University where he will matriculate in the fall. Greg also earned a McDonald’s All American Game nomination.

2007 saw our 6’9” center Nick Greenbacker also earned a McDonald’s All American Game nomination for his outstanding play. Nick shot over 70% from the floor during July’s “live period.” He will join Stan Dulaire and two other CBC’s alums at Sacred Heart University this fall.

Also, our congratulation to B.J. Monteiro who played with us this past fall along with the forementioned players in the IS-8 League in New York City. B.J.’s McDonald Game nomination was well deserved. We look forward to seeing him at Duquesne University next season.

Finally, Zach Dugas from Saint Luke’s and Gary Robinson from Hotchkiss are outstanding student athletes and prospects who played invaluable roles for CBC. Zach was All Conference for the second straight year averaging 18 points per game with 7 assists. He finished with 1,200+ points. He has a 2.7 G.P.A. with 1080 on the S.A.T.’s. Gary averaged 12 points and 11 rebounds per game. He has an S.A.T. score of 1090 and a high school G.P.A. of 3.5. We wish them success as they too make spring college decisions.
